1. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems

If there is a problem with your order, please contact ACA WSO at info@acawso.org before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.

We are committed to addressing order concerns promptly and fairly, and many issues involving shipping, damaged items, incorrect items, or other fulfillment concerns can be resolved directly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, ACA WSO may provide the payment provider with relevant information regarding the transaction, including order records, shipping and tracking information, delivery confirmation, communications with the customer, and the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase.

Once a chargeback has been initiated, our ability to issue a direct refund may be limited while the dispute is being processed.

 

2. Shipping, Tracking, and Insurance

 

ACA WSO offers multiple shipping options. Shipping charges and available services are displayed during checkout.

 

Packages Marked Delivered

 

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check:

 

- any parcel locker or package room associated with the delivery address;

- the building manager, leasing office, front desk, or mailroom;

- household members or others authorized to receive packages;

- nearby delivery locations or neighbors when appropriate.

 

The customer should then contact ACA WSO promptly.

 

ACA WSO may initiate or request a USPS or carrier investigation. Carrier tracking showing delivery to the address supplied with the order will be considered evidence that the order was delivered.

 

A replacement or refund is not automatically issued solely because a customer reports that a package shown by the carrier as delivered cannot be located. ACA WSO will review the circumstances of each claim, including the shipping method selected, tracking information, carrier findings, insurance coverage, and other available information.

 

Insured Shipping Methods

 

When the shipping method selected includes insurance, or insurance has otherwise been purchased for the shipment, we will assist in filing a claim.

 

 

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary based upon the shipping method, carrier, destination, and other circumstances outside ACA WSO's control. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless the carrier specifically provides a guaranteed service.

 

4. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

ACA WSO is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of shipping information entered by the customer.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping charge before the order is reshipped.

Additional shipping charges may also apply when a carrier requires an address correction or when an order must be shipped again because of incorrect customer-provided information.

 

5. Delivery and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping method appropriate for their needs and for providing a secure location at which packages can be delivered.

For apartment buildings, condominium complexes, offices, and other locations using communal mailrooms or parcel lockers, carrier confirmation that an order was delivered to the designated mail or parcel facility will be treated as delivery to the shipping address unless subsequent information from the carrier establishes otherwise.

Customers who require additional delivery protection should select an available insured service or other enhanced delivery option when offered.

 

6. Digital Products – License and Redistribution

Digital products made available through the ACA WSO webstore, whether purchased or provided at no charge, are protected by copyright and are provided for the personal use of the individual purchaser or recipient unless otherwise expressly stated by ACA WSO.

Purchasing or downloading a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital product available to others.

Digital products may not be:

●      resold or offered for sale;

●      posted or uploaded to websites, file-sharing services, social media, online groups, or other public or private distribution platforms;

●      copied or distributed to other individuals, groups, organizations, or service bodies, whether for payment or at no charge; or

●      modified, reproduced, or incorporated into another product or publication for distribution without prior written permission from ACA WSO.

This restriction applies to both paid and free digital products unless the product itself expressly states that reproduction or redistribution is permitted.

Where ACA WSO provides material specifically designated as reproducible, shareable, or intended for group distribution, that material may be used only within the permissions stated on the product or accompanying notice.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may violate ACA WSO's intellectual property rights and may result in suspension of access to digital products or other appropriate action.
